Set on a 20-acre Chianti estate, Villa degli Ulivi is a two-level retreat surrounded by rolling vineyards, fragrant Mediterranean greenery, and centuries-old olive trees. Just under a mile from the medieval town of Panzano, it’s close enough for a leisurely daytime walk and perfectly positioned between Florence and Siena.

Guests will find themselves within easy reach of some of Tuscany’s most enchanting towns—Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, and Greve in Chianti are all just a short drive away.

The estate also features Villa Lucente, which can be reserved separately or together with Villa degli Ulivi for a total of 11 bedrooms. For even larger gatherings, a nearby sister villa is available, offering flexibility for groups of all sizes.

Villa degli Ulivi offers 4 queen bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned, and every bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience.

The interiors balance modern comfort with inviting design. The main floor features a stylish living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space that opens directly onto the terrace. A mezzanine level provides a cozy reading nook for quiet moments. A highlight of the villa is its private indoor plunge pool—a perfect spot to relax year-round with family or friends.

Outside, a shaded pergola with an outdoor kitchen and large dining table makes al fresco meals effortless. The private above-ground pool is set in a panoramic corner of the garden, offering beautiful views across the surrounding countryside.
