Villa Lucente is a striking, contemporary retreat set on a 20-acre private estate in one of Tuscany’s most renowned wine regions. Surrounded by neatly tended vineyards, olive groves, and the vibrant greenery of Mediterranean flora, the villa offers a serene escape in the heart of Chianti.

Located just outside the medieval village of Panzano—an easy and scenic walk from the property—Villa Fleda enjoys a prime position between Florence and Siena, making it the perfect base for exploring the region. Picturesque towns such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Castellina, Radda, and Greve in Chianti are all within a short drive.

The estate also features Villa degli Ulivi, which can be rented separately or combined with Villa Fleda to create an 11-bedroom accommodation ideal for larger groups. A newly built villa nearby will soon be available for guests seeking additional space or privacy.
